What do people ask before they hire a kitchen builder?
Short answer
Almost every first conversation lands on the same four things: what it costs, who pulls the permit, what gets torn out, and how long the house goes without a kitchen sink. The answers below are the ones we give in person, in the same words.
None of this is a quote. A price comes out of your room, the condition of your cabinet boxes and how much you decide to move. Where we do not have a number yet, the answer says so rather than rounding to a convenient figure.
