FINISHED KITCHENS

Where are the photographs of your finished kitchens?

Short answer

There are none on this page yet. We would rather state that plainly than fill the space with photographs of kitchens other people built, which is what most galleries in this trade contain. What follows is the standard a photograph has to meet before it is posted, so you can hold us to it when the page fills.

A kitchen is finished long before it can be photographed well. The counters fill quickly with the ordinary objects of a working kitchen, so a clean photograph means returning with a wide lens on a day the owner is willing to have us in the house again. That is a favor to us, and it is scheduled around the owner rather than around us.

What will appear, and what will not

Four things, on our own work only. One full cabinet run photographed square on, wall to wall, with the sink cabinet and the countertop seam in frame, nothing staged and nothing moved aside. A close view of a mitered corner where two slabs meet, low enough to read the edge thickness and the joint. A widened opening photographed from the room on the other side, with the finished header and the new outlets readable. And a narrow galley photographed down its length with a tape measure open across the aisle, so the walking width reads accurately rather than flatteringly.

Each one will carry the street type, how long the job ran and what the scope actually was. No wide angle lens making a small room look larger, no styling brought in for the photograph, and no image published without the owner's consent.

Why the page is empty instead of full

Stock kitchen photographs are inexpensive to license, and every one of them is someone else's job. Four of them under a caption would be a claim you have no way to verify, which is a poor way to begin with someone about to spend this much money. So the page stays empty until it can be honest. You can read that as a small operation being careful, or as a reason to ask us harder questions. Both are fair.

We can usually tell which of these you have in an hour on site.

The images elsewhere on this site are illustrations of the work and the materials, not photographs of jobs we finished. None of them is captioned as ours, because none of them is. That rule is written into the site terms and it has no exception.

Worth knowing. A photograph cannot tell you what a kitchen costs, and the most attractive ones usually cost the most. For a 200 square foot room with 30 linear feet of cabinets, the 2025 Los Angeles metro remodeling figures put a minor remodel that keeps the cabinet boxes at $29,765 and a midrange gut at $86,214. Those are area benchmarks, not our prices. Ours are discussed on what does it cost.
So you have nothing to show me?
Not on this page, no. What we can do instead is walk your kitchen, put the scope in writing and price it line by line before anything is torn out, which is covered on what does it cost. Judge that document rather than a gallery. It is harder to fake, and it is what you are actually buying.
Every other kitchen site has a gallery. Why not this one?
Because a gallery is the easiest part of a contractor's website to fill with work that is not theirs, and you have no way to check it. We would rather be short a page than begin with something you cannot verify.

Judge the written scope instead

We will walk the kitchen, put every line in writing and give you the number before anything is removed. That document tells you more about how a job will run than a photograph does.
